Middle-American rubes aren’t the only ones enjoying the Shrimp Bolognese Tanglers (deep fried tomato and shrimp balls, $16) at this Disney movie-themed chain; We caught some LES documentary filmmakers last weekend sipping on some fluorescent pink “Mouse-a-ritas” at the bar. They claim they where there making a film about the Post-Giuliani Times Square, but we think they were having good ol’ family fun. It’s not a crime to take a souvenir from the gift shop back to your Chelsea studio apartment after you dig into an “Oswalt-Oreo-Cookie Sundae.” This food won’t change your life, but it may help you kill some time before you head to the theater to see Waiting For Godot. Hey, we think Patton O. would argue Ratatouille is an existential look at the human condition, don’t you? Bon Appetit!
